The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Account Management to lead our efforts in expanding customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the Americas. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of account managers, focusing on building long-term customer loyalty and exceeding ambitious sales targets. As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that enhance our market position and deliver exceptional client outcomes. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about driving growth, developing talent, and building impactful customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and inspiring a high-performance sales team across the Americas. Focus on expanding customer relationships and uncovering untapped growth opportunities within key accounts.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive business development plan that drives scalable growth strategies and expands our market presence, with a focus on large enterprise and commercial partnerships.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Cultivate an inclusive, results-driven sales culture that promotes accountability, recognition, and team collaboration to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Product: Partner with marketing and product teams to craft targeted messaging and campaigns that resonate with key verticals, enabling successful growth within our customers..
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and career development goals.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key customers by thoroughly understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights, accurate forecasts, and data-backed recommendations to senior leadership, providing visibility into emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Market Expertise: Anticipate and respond proactively to market shifts while staying informed of the competitive landscape to position our products effectively.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, ideally within the PDF SDK, software API, or SaaS technology industry.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams, with a proven track record of driving results and team development.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships with a consultative approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams to drive high-level performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights and adapt to shifting market dynamics.
  • Solid understanding of the PDF SDK market or similar software technology, with a clear awareness of the competitive landscape.
  • Experience managing a sales process from initial strategy through deal closure, particularly within enterprise and commercial sectors.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with a process-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a range between $180,000.00-230,000.00 USD in on target earnings.
