About the role

We are looking for entrepreneurial product managers who value moving quickly and can help build innovative products in our category. As Lead Product Manager, you will lead Found’s product growth initiatives across three business lines: Cash-Pay, Insurance, and B2B. You will focus on the entire conversion funnel from web to mobile applications, organic tactics, key monetization experiences, and member activation. You’ll work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to build game-changing experiences. This unique role will influence the company’s strategic direction while turbocharging a business with incredibly strong tailwinds.

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)

  • Own and lead the end-to-end product discovery and execution of product features, including creating high-quality PRDs, and working proactively with business, finance, legal, analytics, engineering, design, and clinical teams to bring world-class experiences to market.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), design and execute A/B tests, and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • Innovate—find new ways to simplify the user experience and drive business value by integrating user research, experiment results, and new technologies into products.
  • Distill vision and strategy for the team and rally all cross-functional team members for a set of objectives. Communicate product roadmap, bets, benefits, timelines, and results to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring (Job Qualifications)

This role could be perfect for you if you are a previous founder who built companies, services, or products. Even if you meet only some of the qualifications listed, your unique experience is valuable to us, and we strongly encourage you to apply with a cover letter articulating what makes you uniquely qualified for this role.

Here's what makes an ideal candidate:

  • 8+ years of product management experience shipping software at scale in start-ups or large-scale tech companies.
  • Experience creating growth experiments, improving conversion funnels, and engagement features that lead to improved activation and retention.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members, including the executive level.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and managing stakeholder expectations and alignment at all levels.
  • Fluency in analyzing data, building dashboards, and prior experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Sigma, Google Analytics, or comparable products
  • Experience working in the healthcare/health-tech space

What You’ll Get (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Flexible PTO, company-paid holidays, parental leave
  • 401K, wellness and wifi perks
  • Flexible, remote-first work culture

Found is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  We seek and celebrate diversity in its many forms.  If you’re excited about this opportunity but do not meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Please review our CCPA policies.
