We invite you to apply for our Pricing Specialist role, a pivotal position where you will drive commercial case execution and end-to-end pricing design, encompassing mechanisms, tools, processes, and terms and conditions to maximize offer profitability. You will be instrumental in developing customer and case-specific pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and the profitability of our solution portfolio offers, all while aligning with business group guidelines and account strategy. This role also involves crafting compelling offers with our company's products, services, and solutions, analyzing complex technical customer needs, and delivering precise product and service offer deliverables. Responsibilities
  • Manage frontline margin and customer pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Develop internal business cases to secure approval for new offers.
  • Provide end-to-end pricing design and deal support for strategic cases, including negotiation tactics and revenue analysis.
  • Analyze customer business situations, competitor strategies, and buying behaviors.
  • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for product, process, and service improvement.
  • Perform pricing scenario analysis and contribute to strategic decisions.
  • Deliver commercial solutions for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and proactive deals.
  • Manage commercial and technical aspects of key deals, including deal strategy.
  • Represent Network Infrastructure (NI) in multi-Business Group offers, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree . 
  • 3 years of work experience (product manager, sales engineering, system engineer, pricing or proposal manager) with preferably with IP products.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NI IP Routing portfolio or equivalent competitive products.
  • Tools: MS Excel, MS Word, Teams,  PowerPoint, Salesforce (sCRM)
  • Strong interpersonal and team player.
  • Nokia Portfolio knowledge including Care services 
  • Pricing and margin experience
  • Nokia Sales Processes, Methodologies and Tools
  • Masters in Business or Marketing (desired) or equivalent years.
