Are you ready to help us design and build our LaserWeeder that solve real problems in our food supply?

As a implementation Manager at Carbon Robotics you are responsible for ensuring customer success via successful implementation of Carbon Robotics Equipment. This includes training of operators, making usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge and implementing set up. You will also act as a liaison to engineering and product departments by communicating customer wishes and complaints, equipment performance and pain points or bottlenecks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The training of operators and all farm personnel required to successfully implement the use of Carbon Robotics equipment to growers.
  • Understanding of agricultural and operational workflow and ability to make machine usage recommendations based on this knowledge.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • The ability to learn and teach every facet of usage of equipment, from transportation, maintenance to field utilization and operation.
  • Logging, documenting and communicating customer experience and pain points to engineering and product teams.
  • Work with the Field Service Support team to assist troubleshooting of field issues in assigned accounts.
  •  Work with other departments to ensure information and customer success in assigned accounts/machines.
  • Supervision of machine operations to ensure optimal usage recommendations to growers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
  •  Ensure successful delivery of purchased equipment.
  • Clearly communicate progress and other issues/matters with the Director of Farm implementation and multiple stakeholders.
  • Offseason travel to FL 

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must haves:

  •  Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of operational workflow and demands.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of basic usage of tablet/computer interfaces

Nice to haves:

  •  Bilingual (region dependent)

Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

$90,785$141,620 USD
