Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in healthcare services, hospital operations, or patient coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, hospital management systems, or electronic medical record (EMR) software.
  • Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient well-being.
