Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Support
- Assist in providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules for patients.
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information in compliance with health data privacy regulations.
Clinical & Administrative Operations
- Support daily operations of healthcare facilities or service programs.
- Ensure availability of necessary medical supplies, documentation, and administrative materials.
- Assist doctors, nurses, and other staff in routine procedures and patient documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits, reports, and billing details.
Health Program Coordination
- Coordinate health awareness, wellness, or preventive care programs as needed.
- Support internal teams in executing healthcare projects or community initiatives.
- Track and report on service delivery metrics to management.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Report incidents, discrepancies, or compliance issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement programs to maintain service excellence.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in healthcare services, hospital operations, or patient coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, hospital management systems, or electronic medical record (EMR) software.
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient well-being.
