Overview:

The Health Care and Services professional is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring the efficient coordination of healthcare services. This role involves assisting with patient management, maintaining medical records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Support

• Assist in providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules for patients.
• Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and ensure a smooth service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information in compliance with health data privacy regulations.

Clinical & Administrative Operations

• Support daily operations of healthcare facilities or service programs.
• Ensure availability of necessary medical supplies, documentation, and administrative materials.
• Assist doctors, nurses, and other staff in routine procedures and patient documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits, reports, and billing details.

Health Program Coordination

• Coordinate health awareness, wellness, or preventive care programs as needed.
• Support internal teams in executing healthcare projects or community initiatives.
• Track and report on service delivery metrics to management.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Report incidents, discrepancies, or compliance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement programs to maintain service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare services, hospital operations, or patient coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, hospital management systems, or electronic medical record (EMR) software.
