Responsibilities

What you will learn and contribute to:

Portfolio Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the NetGuard Security portfolio

  • Own and manage the aggregated business performance of the portfolio

  • Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging threats


Product Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple product lines

  • Drive cloud-native transformation and SaaS-first approaches

  • Ensure roadmap alignment and execution across Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Services


Business Development & GTM

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing

  • Support key deals and strategic opportunities with Tier-1 operators and enterprise customers

  • Act as spokesperson for the NetGuard Security business

  • Drive strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners


People & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead and develop a global team of Product Line Managers

  • Build a high-performing product management organization

  • Drive talent development, coaching, and succession planning


Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Represent Nokia’s security portfolio in industry forums and customer engagements

  • Drive innovation in AI-driven security, automation, and post-quantum cryptography

Qualifications

Experience & Leadership

  • 15+ years of experience in telecommunications or cybersecurity

  • Proven track record in leading large cybersecurity or product management teams


Domain Expertise

  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity domains (IAM, endpoint, certificate management, SOC/SIEM)

  • Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) are an advantage

  • Strong understanding of telecom networks


Business & Product Skills

  • Ability to define product strategies and go-to-market approaches

  • Experience managing business performance and growth


Technical Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven technologies


Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution focus


Education

  • University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent
