You will shape the future of Nokia’s security portfolio, drive innovation (AI, cloud-native, SaaS), and position Nokia as a trusted partner in mission-critical and regulated environments.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will learn and contribute to:
Portfolio Ownership & Strategy
Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the NetGuard Security portfolio
Own and manage the aggregated business performance of the portfolio
Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging threats
Product Leadership & Execution
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple product lines
Drive cloud-native transformation and SaaS-first approaches
Ensure roadmap alignment and execution across Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Services
Business Development & GTM
Define and execute go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing
Support key deals and strategic opportunities with Tier-1 operators and enterprise customers
Act as spokesperson for the NetGuard Security business
Drive strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners
People & Organizational Leadership
Lead and develop a global team of Product Line Managers
Build a high-performing product management organization
Drive talent development, coaching, and succession planning
Thought Leadership & Innovation
Represent Nokia’s security portfolio in industry forums and customer engagements
Drive innovation in AI-driven security, automation, and post-quantum cryptography
Experience & Leadership
15+ years of experience in telecommunications or cybersecurity
Proven track record in leading large cybersecurity or product management teams
Domain Expertise
Deep expertise in cybersecurity domains (IAM, endpoint, certificate management, SOC/SIEM)
Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) are an advantage
Strong understanding of telecom networks
Business & Product Skills
Ability to define product strategies and go-to-market approaches
Experience managing business performance and growth
Technical Knowledge
Solid understanding of cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven technologies
Soft Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
Education
University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent
