The Customer Success and Automation (Central Operations) organization is responsible for providing customer-facing teams with the tools, systems, and operational support they need to maximize value from Reddit Ads. This leader will drive efficiencies, optimize sales enablement, and scale strategic programs to support Reddit’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of Directors and Senior Managers overseeing Reddit’s customer success initiatives, sales systems, and operational efficiency programs.
  • Manage large-scale outsourcing operations across India and Europe to support customer success and sales enablement.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve sales team effectiveness, increasing time spent with clients and enhancing revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and execute a three-year vision and strategy for scaling customer success operations and automation.
  • Optimize sales tools and system integrations to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting (e.g., real-time delivery tracking), and reduce administrative overhead (e.g., billing efficiency).
  • Lead the annual planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on company-wide goals and inform the roadmap for tools and product development.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in executive leadership, managing Directors and/or Senior Managers.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Operations, with a track record of driving operational efficiencies and scaling teams.
  • Proven experience building and leading large international teams (30+ FTEs) across multiple regions.
  • Extensive expertise in managing large outsourcing operations (250+ vendors), both onshore and offshore, for customer support and sales enablement services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, navigate adversity, and design scalable solutions for high-growth organizations.

Pay Transparency:

This job posting may span more than one career level.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:

$232,000$350,000 USD
