As a key contributor to the Global Marketing and Communications function, the Global Event Operations team drives business success through the flawless execution of the highest-profile corporate meetings and events.
We are seeking a talented, imaginative, and versatile Graphic Design Production Specialist to join our dynamic global events team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for visual storytelling, a strong eye for design, a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of how creative elements enhance the attendee experience. This role requires a blend of graphic design expertise, video editing proficiency, and a collaborative spirit.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with event producers, planners, and internal stakeholders to conceptualize and design visually compelling assets that support all aspects of our corporate events - both in-person and virtual.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize on cohesive brand vision - as well as design and produce high-quality graphic assets - supporting corporate events from across the Enterprise, including event branding, presentations, signage, social media graphics, digital backdrops, stage visuals, and printed materials.
  • Communicate effectively in this highly visible role with exposure to all levels of the organization, including Executive Leadership Team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the event production team to ensure that graphic elements align with event themes, branding guidelines, and technical requirements.
  • Edit and produce engaging event highlight videos, promotional reels, and sizzle reels using industry-standard video editing software.
  • Support the creation of motion graphics, animated overlays, and multimedia elements for both live and recorded event experiences.
  • Participate in event planning meetings to contribute creative ideas and ensure seamless integration of visual assets with event production schedules.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and asset organization, ensuring all graphics and videos are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, and event technology to continuously enhance event experiences.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an event, marketing, or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, advanced knowledge of PowerPoint)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing event graphics, branding, and video editing work.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in event production, stage design, or live event environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Requires extensive travel (20% on average) and non-traditional hours

Preferred:
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects).
  • Understanding of live event technology (e.g., projection mapping, LED walls, streaming platforms).
  • Photography skills and experience with video shooting are a plus.
  • Knowledge of brand strategy and corporate communications best practices.
  • Strong ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Display decisive and successful problem-solving skills.
  • Achieve results through teamwork and collaboration.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $134,700. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
