Job Description
Role Summary
Reporting to the Global Partner Leader (GPL). This role will focus on helping ServiceNow achieve growth objectives - NNACV growth and sourced revenue goals for our top strategic partnerships. This is a strategic role, with high visibility. The Global Partner Manager (GPM) will support the GPL in building and executing our 360-degree strategy and relationship with 1-2 partners to achieve targets and goals and ensure alignment on the global partner strategy across all stakeholders. Assist in the development and execution of strategic joint go-to-market business plan(s) that drive all aspects of partner portfolio results including executive briefings, enablement, certification plans, offering & solution development, partner marketing, and demand generation. Support the regional activation and execution of business plans and provide oversite of operating and sales plans, ensuring regional and global alignment, execution, and partner ratification.
In this role, you will:

  • Co-ordinate sales planning activities with key stakeholders including Sales Plays, Routes to Market, targets, metrics, and reporting.
  • Build trusted, effective working relationships with stakeholders and executives and regularly deliver presentations on ServiceNow value proposition and go-to-market plays.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new groups and teams within existing partner through prioritized relationship and business development activities, and by acting as a ServiceNow evangelist with the partner.
  • Drive governance with clear cadences, reporting and actions to drive success.
  • Responsible for ensuring Partner Program success including tracking and overseeing actions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional partner experience, e.g., Sales Ops, Partner Enablement, Partner Acceleration.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing lead to develop necessary marketing content in line with the marketing strategy set by the GPL, for internal and external communications- e.g., educational marketing content to increase awareness of ServiceNow and external communications in the market - e.g., joint webinars, press releases.
  • Continually assess, clarify, and validate the effectiveness of chosen routes to market.
  • Manage onboarding activities for both ServiceNow and Partner resources to ensure a quick and organized learning and execution path.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or partnership management (preferably for a SaaS company)
  • The ideal candidate also understands deal structure and deal flow.
  • Professional presence, with experience and comfort delivering presentations to and building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build champions, externally within partner firms and internally across the partner organization, sales, marketing, and customer outcomes.
  • Competitive sales and business development mentality; eagerness to reach sales quota targets and achieve partner objectives.
  • Strong program management skills, ability to coordinate across numerous priorities and initiatives to ensure virtual teams (internal and external) are aligned and accountable to delivering results.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development and in Excel for reporting and analysis.
