Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:
- Manage and grow the ServiceNow Partners LinkedIn page, including planning, creating, and publishing content to drive engagement and community growth.
- Own the relationship with the email marketing team, coordinating campaign requests and ensuring alignment with broader partner communications.
- Support the development and execution of partner communication plans, including writing and editing emails, newsletters, social posts, and internal updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications, working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Track and report on key metrics to assess the impact of communications and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and partner communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for multiple platforms.
- Experience managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn, including content planning and performance analysis.
- Basic project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
