Job Description
Position Summary
The Global Director of Resell Execution is a key role tasked with propelling the growth of ServiceNow's global reseller segment. This comprehensive position entails managing reseller pipeline forecasting, orchestrating change management, and spearheading enablement programs. A critical responsibility of this role involves establishing and sustaining executive relationships with our reseller partners through formal governance structures to ensure strategic alignment and bolster mutual success.
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a holistic global reseller strategy, incorporating pipeline management, change management, and enablement initiatives to foster segment growth.
  • Executive Sponsorship: Act as the principal executive sponsor for key reseller partners, forming and nurturing high-level relationships via formal governance frameworks. Engage directly with partner organization executives to harmonize strategic goals and ensure partnership efficacy.
  • Change Management: Drive the performance and adaptability of the reseller ecosystem, making sure strategies are agile and aligned with evolving market conditions.
  • Enablement Programs: Create and manage enablement programs that empower sales and partner teams with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools for successful reselling.
  • Forecasting and Analytics: Oversee the reseller pipeline forecasting, employing advanced analytics to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, finance, operations, and marketing to ensure strategic and operational excellence within the reseller segment.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve forecasting, sales methodologies, and operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and precision.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate and indirectly lead a dedicated team focused on reseller strategy and operations, promoting a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing insights into strategy performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA highly advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or a related area, with a strong emphasis on change management, sales enablement, and building executive-level partnerships in a global setting.
  • Executive Engagement: Demonstrated experience in executive sponsorship and engagement, including establishing and managing formal governance structures with reseller partners.
  • Skills: Superior strategic and analytical thinking; exceptional leadership and communication capabilities; proficient in CRM systems, forecasting methodologies, and sales enablement tools.
