The salary for this position ranges from $25.37 to $42.29 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies. What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.

- Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
- Identify and solve moderately routine problems.
- Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.
- Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Operate both automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes, adhering to operating procedures and performing duties required in operating a variety of equipment in your assigned area.
- Participate in quality and safety incident investigations, troubleshoot operating deviations and issues, and coordinate with other functions when necessary.
- Complete all documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (part of GxP) standards
- Prepare and clear equipment for maintenance work, perform material receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging operations, monitor plant status, and liaise with colleagues from other departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes

- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of industry practices and standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and oral communication
- Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Applications and System Application & Products
- Ability to follow standard procedures and complete tasks within the agreed timeframe
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Experience in operating chemical process equipment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GxP)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot process issues
- Experience in quality and safety incident investigations

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read, interpret, and perform job duties as prescribed in the operating procedure.
- Must demonstrate experience and competence in following detailed instructions.
- Must be able to read and interpret equipment data and demonstrate ability to communicate work requirement and problems in a concise and accurate manner.
- Must be able to work in a controlled temperature environment wearing clean room attire. On occasion, steam, noise, chemical odors, and fumes may be present.
- Stand up to10 -12 hours per shift, sit for up to 5-6 hours per shift, regularly lift up to 50 pounds per activity 1 time per shift, walk, climb stairs, climb ladders/walk on catwalks, occasionally may lift over 50 pounds with assistance.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Schedule primarily day shift, 7pm to 7am. Weekend and/or Holiday hours may be required in order to meet business and/or customer needs.
