Description and Requirements
This role will be responsible for several administrative functions of MetLife's PlanSmart financial education workshops including: Set up of events in our Event Management Software, creating company profiles, collecting/entering customer data, and other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize requests/tasks based on customer needs
- Build and create event registration site and project tasks for PlanSmart workshops
- Provide reporting and data entry for events: Attendance/Survey processing, tracking, and filing
- Handle diverse inquiries which require some problem solving and customer service
- Partner and build relationships with internal, external contacts and vendors
- Work within established procedures and standards
- Support sales team with event results through standard reports
- Assist in building new and updating existing company profiles
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- High School Diploma
- PC proficient and able to navigate in multitude of systems and databases at the same time
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, above average user of Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- College degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Produce consistent results while following a repetitive process
- Attention to detail
- Works well with other business partners / team members
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
The salary range for applicants for this position is $46,100 - $61,500.
