We are hiring a Field Intelligence Coordinator to serve as the bridge between field operations teams and the intelligence analysis function on defense and national security programs. This role ensures that actionable intelligence is collected, processed, and communicated to field operators in a timely, accessible format, and that field observations flow back to analysts to continuously sharpen the intelligence picture.
The ideal candidate has direct field operations experience, familiarity with intelligence collection and dissemination processes, and the communication skills to operate effectively across operational and analytical communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the flow of intelligence products and operational tasking between the intelligence analysis team and deployed field operations personnel
• Collect, document, and report field observations, anomalies, and operational intelligence during and after field deployments
• Prepare field intelligence summaries, spot reports, and situation reports for consumption by both operational and analytical audiences
• Maintain the field intelligence collection plan, ensuring collection priorities align with current mission and program requirements
• Support intelligence analysts in validating or contextualizing analytical assessments using field-derived ground truth
• Manage classified information handling, storage, and dissemination in compliance with applicable security protocols
• Participate in pre-mission intelligence briefings and post-mission debriefings, capturing insights for the analytical cycle
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in field operations, military intelligence, or a combined role supporting defense or government programs
• Understanding of the intelligence collection-analysis-dissemination cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience writing operational reports and intelligence products
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• Active U.S. government security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI preferred)
• Military service in an intelligence or special operations role (18F, 35-series, or equivalent)
• Experience working in a SCIF or classified operational environment
