Enterprise Project Manager
The Enterprise Project Manager provides a key role in ensuring that assigned client-facing projects are successfully launched and delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project management approach and are also delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and qualityThe Enterprise Project Manager manages the full life cycle of a client implementation (including new implementations, expansion projects, and change orders) and interacts with the client on a regular basis, providing status updates and resolving issues. This hands-on role works closely with other client-facing delivery resources to ensure contractual commitments are met. The Enterprise Project Manager contributes to periodic status reporting, issue escalation, and best practice development.
This role will report to the Professional Business Unit Lead who is responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of services work for large-scale enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of multiple client-facing projects supporting the implementation, configuration, and/or integration of Onit’s platform solution and products.
  • Create and maintain project workplan based on scope of implementation and help ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Schedule project kick-off and project initiation activities with client and internal resources.
  • Plan, lead, and facilitate meetings and reviews (formal and informal); includes creating agendas, helping project members stay on task, and documenting information / decisions.
  • Keep abreast of project progress and identify early warning signs of troubled projects; intervene and escalate as required.
  • Monitor project scope and initiate change orders when needed.
  • Work on diverse problems requiring creative solutions by leveraging knowledge, experience and help of others.  Demonstrate strong understanding of Onit products and platform.
  • Communicate with customer team in an organized and knowledgeable manner; handles conflict appropriately.
  • Forge strong partnerships with customers, colleagues, and implementation partners.
  • Work with internal team leaders to drive timely and appropriate assignment of Onit resources to projects.
  • Create and maintain project documentation to track and report progress and issues.
  • Report on assigned project health via dashboard and spreadsheets including scope, schedule, and budget to senior members of the Onit cross-functional leadership team.
  • Able to work independently on routine and new activities.
  • Support efforts to identify project management, project execution, and internal process improvements and establishment of best practices.

Required skills include:
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking. Must be organized, flexible and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent client facing and internal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, and technical communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and success performing in a role within a Project Management Office for large programs (preferred).
  • Ability to assimilate and analyze information efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience in leading project teams and collaborating with team members.
  • Skilled in MS Office, Smartsheet, and other equivalent project management software.

Required experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years serving in a client-facing services delivery role in systems applications consulting and project management, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider 
  • Experience in areas of Software as a Service (SAAS), customer relationship management, financial management, contract admin and negotiation, policies and procedures, proposals, business development and/or program management.
  • Experience with legal operations processes and supporting technologies preferred, though not required.
  • Current PMP certification (preferred) or equivalent experience.
