- Maintain an up-to-date view of evolving external AI trends to guide commercial mindset around AI and other emerging technologies.
- Build and manage high-quality enterprise AI portfolio intelligence to generate actionable insights.
- Partner with a portfolio of business and function leaders to align AI initiatives with enterprise focus areas.
- Conduct thorough market and internal solutions assessments to identify fit-for-purpose solutions for business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology and risk partners to accelerate AI initiatives from ideation to experimentation and scaling.
- Prepare and present AI portfolio updates to leaders, stakeholders and partners.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Overall, 7 - 10 years of experience in a consulting background or similar industry.
- Understanding of emerging AI trends, technologies, and their business applications in the financial services industry, especially insurance.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business problems and conduct market assessments to identify fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with ability to tell a compelling story by connecting business needs with emerging technology solutions.
- Ability to collaborate between technology teams, line of businesses and leadership.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Consulting background will be a strong differentiator.
- Experience with innovation platforms (e.g., CB Insights, Pitchbook).
