This position is an individual contributor role on the Education & Development team focused on Business Enablement. You will be primarily responsible for the development and execution of innovative education experiences that empower our Product & Basis Customer Experience team members to build the industry’s most innovative digital media platform: Basis.

WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • This role is primarily responsible for developing and managing the strategy, execution, content creation, and delivery of our Product & Basis Customer Experience (BCE) teams’ training programs to facilitate the maximum effectiveness of the programs
  • Prioritizes training efforts to align with the Product & BCE teams’ business goals and deliverables
  • Manages all Product and BCE training programs, projects, and events from start to finish
  • Leads the selection of appropriate instructional methods and procedures for each unique situation, for example: self-directed learning, eLearning, webinar, in-person, 1:1 coaching, gamification, bite-sized learning, etc.
  • Partners with Product and BCE leadership to ensure programming aligns with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed by individual contributors to drive business goals
  • Partners with the Platform Enablement Council, a cross-functional group of leaders invested in enabling our Revenue team on new feature releases, to deliver timely enablement on Basis Platform
  • Proactively identifies the learning objectives and needs for onboarding new Product team members across a variety of skill sets and job duties
  • Collaborates with other E+D Business Enablement team members to ensure our Sales, Services, Basis Customer Experience, and Product training goals are aligned
  • Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates the effectiveness of all training initiatives
  • Develops and maintains training materials and related documentation
  • Maintains an “enablement” focused culture, with an emphasis on self-improvement, coaching, and self-reliance
  • Is the “SME” of the Product & BCE teams, fully immersed in the day-to-day happenings of the teams

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Previous experience building hands-on training programs or learning experiences for a technology focused group
  • Strong virtual and front-of-room facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in leading discovery conversations, able to identify the learning opportunity for an identified group and build behavior-based learning experiences
  • Experience building and executing a variety of learning engagement types (in-person, webinar, eLearning, bite-sized learning, gamification, etc.)
  • Sharp stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to stay highly organized, optimistic, and coachable through quickly changing situations
  • Ability to travel

BONUS

  • 2-4+ years of training or enablement experience
  • 2-4+ years in corporate Learning + Development type of role or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of the Articulate or Captivate suite of eLearning tools
  • Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint + the Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Proficient knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Hangouts
  • Experience working in an LMS
  • Experience in Product and/or Digital Advertising
