As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Team Supervisor plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional service quality, and supporting a high‑performing customer service workforce across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide day‑to‑day supervisory support, ensuring performance standards are met and aligned with other regional leadership teams.
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to maintain consistent service delivery and foster continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary resource for policy guidance, process clarification, and non‑technical support inquiries.

Performance Management

  • Define clear accountabilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and implement development plans that support employee growth and career progression.
  • Ensure all team members understand and adhere to company policies, service standards, and operational guidelines.

Service Quality & Operational Support

  • Conduct quality reviews and service observations to maintain high delivery standards and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalation handoffs, prioritize critical tasks, and pursue timely resolutions to preserve and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute complex tasks and resolve issues efficiently.

Professional Conduct & Compliance

  • Follow all company policies and adhere to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct.
  • Uphold all physical and digital security practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (work planning, performance management, training, coaching, and career development).
  • Higher Secondary Education, Diploma, or University Degree 


  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical interpretation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead new initiatives and drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
