The Role:

DailyPay, a leading worktech company transforming the way people get paid, is seeking a Director of Product Management to drive our SaaS product strategy and execution, focused on the WorkTech space. DailyPay is the leader in the on-demand pay industry with an unrivaled technology platform, an unmatched list of blue-chip clients, and an extensive list of industry awards. Having processed over $25 billion in the past year supporting earned wage access, we are expanding our footprint to employer-facing SaaS, or WorkTech, offerings.

As an integral part of that expansion, you will be responsible for driving the WorkTech roadmap and strategy by developing and implementing innovative approaches that solve our clients’ most challenging problems. You’ll be the expert on all things related to these new products, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the opportunity, the solution, and the roadmap.

You're a hands on problem-solver, are deeply passionate about Product, and you’re at your best when moving a project from ambiguity to clarity. You're equally comfortable talking tech with engineers, challenges with clients, and ideas with leadership, as well as pitching in on day-to-day efforts across the business. Equally important, you can manage the expectations of senior staff and the competing demands and opinions from across the organization. You pay attention to people, have a strong sense of purpose and integrity, deep emotional intelligence, and just want to get things done.

If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of product innovation initiatives for DailyPay's SaaS offerings
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of our WorkTech suite of products and services
  • Drive your WorkTech roadmap to ensure a steady flow of new products and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly successful and innovative 0-to-1 products
  • Develop and implement commercialization strategies for new SaaS products, in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Be the voice of our clients outside of their earned wage access needs, by understanding their problems and challenges, to inform product solutions
  • Be the subject matter expert for the product area and act as a product evangelist internally and externally
  • Act as a key point of contact between business leaders, product managers, engineers, and external vendors, managing competing priorities, aligning requirements, and maintaining clear communication across all parties

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, HR Tech, or SaaS industries
  • Proven track record of delivering successful 0-to-1 products in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of financial services, HCM offerings, and payroll systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience partnering with UI/UX designers is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management, including the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex backlogs
  • Drive to get things done, whether product strategy or detailed user stories
  • Experience in fintech products and startups a plus
  • Experience in management of other product managers a plus
  • Flexibility, determination, and high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Strong appreciation for the Oxford comma a plus

What We Offer:

  • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care
  • Opportunity for equity ownership
  • Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Fun company outings and events
