This role is a critical position on the People Operations & Total Rewards department senior leadership team. Revantage has recently deployed Workday HCM as our integrated HR technology platform. The company has also recently exited from a service model that was heavily reliant on a PEO for core HR operations including data management, reporting, compliance, payroll and benefit administration. This role will lead the continued build out of the Revantage People & Culture shared service support model to drive efficiency and scalability while providing the highest quality services to our portfolio partners.

How You Add Value

Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead and grow a team of operations professionals both onshore and offshore, across 3 locations.
  • Coach team members and provide growth opportunities.
  • Expand the breadth and scope of the team through hiring exceptions talent in target locations.

Service Delivery:

  • Lead the effort to define, document and evolve the Tiered support model for People & Culture (P & C).
  • Establish, monitor and track clearly defined service levels agreements for all operational HR business processes.
  • Design and implement processes for triaging cases, aligning and assigning work, and monitoring delivery to ensure we meet or exceed SLAs.
  • Establish regular operations reviews and report out to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Revantage P & C teams to deliver services in a tiered support model.
  • Oversee the management of the Workday Help Module for Knowledge Management and Case Management. Identify and implement improvements or modifications such as creating new categories, templates, forms, response library and maintaining case solvers.

Change Management:

  • Ensure operational readiness to support P & C initiatives, cyclical processes and program rollouts.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with portfolio company HRBPs.
  • Prepare and deliver communications and training to stakeholders on process changes and/or program rollouts as needed to ensure smooth transitions.

Data Management:

  • Oversee and provides guidance and direction for all employee data management activities.
  • Ensure data management processes are clearly documented.
  • Establish and implement processes for conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Lead onboarding of new portfolio companies, including the development of the project timeline, execution of all data management activities, and preparing for operational support of the new company.
  • Develops and maintains a playbook for bringing companies on or off of our services.
  • Owns the onboarding process and offboarding for all employees.
  • Ensures the maintenance and upkeep of onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Partners closely with IT leadership.

Process Optimization:

  • Critically analyze and assess HR business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead design efforts, working both across functions and within People & Culture to improve service delivery.
  • Acts as SME for P & C operational processes.

Compliance:

  • Ensure that Revantage and our portfolio partners comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • Partner with legal team to rollout required compliance campaigns and trainings.
  • Partner with People Technology to implement compliance related technology changes.
  • Ensure execution of required compliance reporting (e.g. EEO, pay equity, etc.)
  • Ensure administration of compliance training, including tracking and reporting on completion to portcos.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelors degree in HR management, business, information services or related degree required.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible HR positions.
  • Must have 5+ years leading an HR operations or HR services team.
  • Must have 2+ years experience working with Workday HCM and other modules.
  • Process oriented mindset.
  • Must be comfortable articulating business requirements for development of technology solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey information to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Prior experience with process mapping and documenting workflows.

Base Compensation Range:

$190,000.00 To $220,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation:  This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
