The Demand Generation Manager, Partners, will build and execute marketing strategies for partner relationships to drive sales opportunities and revenue growth.
The summary above was generated by AI

We’re seeking an exceptional and strategic demand-gen marketer to build our partner marketing motion from the ground up. As the Demand Generation Manager, Partners, you will be responsible for leading a GTM plan that leverages technology and agency partner relationships to strategize, launch, and optimize partner campaigns. Your primary objective will be to drive sales opportunities and revenue growth via partner channels.

You will report to the Head of Demand Generation, and work closely with the demand generation team and partner sales team to launch and measure high-performing campaigns. You will start as an individual contributor but have the opportunity to build a team if the partner marketing program can prove scalability by exceeding opportunity creation and revenue goals.

Some things you'll do

  • Identify and establish relationships with priority technology partners and create mutually beneficial GTM plans with each
  • Work alongside Cutomer.io marketing and sales teams to execute ABM campaigns with partners via tactics like account mapping, co-selling, and field events
  • Increase engagement with existing partners and source new partners by owning tactics like our quarterly partner town hall, partner newsletters, and Partner Portal outreach.
  • Identify new high-potential tactics by experimenting with untapped channels like influencer, affiliate, and marketplace
  • Create marketing briefs and manage new projects focused on impact, metrics, and stakeholders
  • Liaison between content, sales, and marketing teams both internally and with partners to develop co-branded content (e-books, webinars, case studies)
  • Develop “better-together” stories with each technology partner to help standardize and increase the strength of our value proposition with each partner
  • Facilitate incentives with partners to increase partner-referred opportunities, like spiffs, service offers, and awards
  • Work with channel account managers and the head of partnerships to increase opportunities sourced via our already robust network of 100+ agency partners

About youWhat we're looking for

  • Located in the Americas or EMEA region
  • Track record of success in creating and scaling demand programs in B2B SaaS, preferably in a partner marketing capacity
  • Pre-existing partner relationships in the MarTech space, or a playbook for establishing and immersing yourself in this vertical
  • Knowledgeable and experienced using PRM (partner relationship management) tools like Kiflo, Partnerstack, and Allbound
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in using marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce, Customer.io, Hubspot, Marketo, and/or Apollo/Zoominfo.
  • ROI and metrics-driven - ability to create, analyze, and iterate based on data
  • Growth mindset and self-motivated; comfortable building programs from scratch
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive demand and sales performance.
  • Experience working with partners in a marketing capacity
