Job Description:

Pluralsight is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to proactively work to accelerate deal closure. The purpose of this role is to ensure that deals adhere to corporate strategies and remain compliant while partnering with sales to create a positive impact. This role will work closely with Sales Operations and Contracts to streamline consistent deal structure.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and document non-standard sales deals.

  • Improve processes to create business visibility, speed and consistency.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal-related matters including proposals of alternative options and/or value proposition to drive deal structures.

  • Monitor the workflow of sales deals to ensure timely approvals.

  • Collaborate with internal partners.

  • Understand systemic processes and limitations to partner with sales regarding deal rollout.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ

  • Prior experience with supporting entire Sales territories

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Contracts, Finance or related departments

  • Ability to understand and evaluate contracts

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. The annual US base salary range for this role is $62,700 - $77,400 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
