Job Summary
You will partner with our operational teams to develop data products that will support efficiency analysis and further automation efforts. Also lead efforts to enhance the automations within and around our ServiceNow platform that supports all requests coming into the operation organization.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and design tailored reporting solutions
  • Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, ensuring efficiency and interactive visualizations
  • Analyze and integrate data from diverse systems, performing in-depth validations to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct regular checks on data integrity and troubleshoot quality issues using SQL
  • Assist in the strategic vision for business process automation within our ServiceNow environment, delivering process improvements for our help desk and Client Operations function
  • Assist in the development and implementation of complex automation solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar
  • Strong experience with Power BI
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze raw datasets from various systems
  • Ability to interpret complex Excel spreadsheets and automate reporting processes
  • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in supporting ETL processes
  • Partner with senior leadership, business leads, and key stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment.
