Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter - 1st Shift - RDC at our new facility on Innovation Loop in Youngsville, NC. 


The pay rate for this position is $19.50 per hour.

Core hours are 6:30am - 3:00pm

What you’ll do:

Eaton’s Power Quality Division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter on 1st shift to join our team in Youngsville, NC.


Position Overview:
The Cycle Counter will assist the Cycle Count Analyst in performing a variety of duties to ensure the accuracy of the inventory counts and transactions.

In this function you will: 
•    Complete daily cycle counts in warehouse and production locations and reconcile variances as needed
•    Assist in maintaining files and records for cycle counting results
•    Utilize problem solving techniques and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues or process/transactional problems, and follow up on issues as needed
•    Assist in performing daily audits of warehouse and production locations 
•    Support in counting material in warehouse and production locations to help in COGI resolution

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
•    Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a warehouse or material analysis environment
•    High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school
•    Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
•    No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Youngsville, North Carolina will be considered.


Preferred Qualifications:
•    Minimum of one year of experience with SAP in manufacturing environment 
•    Lean Six Sigma Certification
•    Strong Knowledge of warehousing and manufacturing practices and processes
•    Fork lift experience or willing to learn

Skills:

Position Criteria:
•    MS Office Applications Proficiency with strong attention to detail
•    Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime when needed
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to drive forklifts including man up lifts
•    Strong written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
•    Ability to stand or bend frequently
•    Must have good visual accuracy
