Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution. or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution.
Responsibilities- Support financial analysis and assist in developing valuation models for M&A and strategic initiatives.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business decisions.
- Gather, organize, and analyze information for planning, investment reviews, and strategic projects.
- Maintain project trackers, databases, and reporting tools to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution, research initiatives, and process improvements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A)the accuracy and accessibility of Mergers
- Interest in corporate finance, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, or business strategy.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, or present information.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work with detailed information while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with appropriate guidance and support.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and business processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others while also working independently on assigned tasks.
