Diagnose root causes of communication failures, distinguishing Eaton product behavior from external factors such as installation practices, cabling, or third party system configuration. Travel to customer sites, as needed, to support field troubleshooting, resolve complex issues, and build customer confidence in Eaton solutions.

Systems Integration: Create and support Power Distribution Monitoring and Control (PDMC) graphics, including one line diagrams, front views, and associated communication elements. Verify correct system operation by confirming accurate register and data population prior to handoff to third party BMS/BIS. Provide technical guidance to third party software vendors and programmers to support timely issue resolution and successful system integration.

Technical Expertise: Deliver technical training to OEM customers and other stakeholders on Eaton products, PDMC graphics creation, and communication best practices. Serve as a Tier 3 technical expert for Eaton meters, gateways, and connected products, applying best practices and learned customer use cases to enhance customer value.

Project Coordination: Coordinate communication drawings by collecting required inputs, transferring work to global resources (e.g., Pune), reviewing for accuracy, revising as needed, and delivering for sales, bidding, installation, and as built documentation. Capture and share Voice of the Customer insights to support product improvement and inform internal stakeholders.
