Job Description:

The business development role at Arrow Intelligent Solutions (AIS) is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to contribute to the growth and expansion of our joint AIS-Dell OEM business. This position focuses on identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new opportunities within Arrow Intelligent Solutions. The candidate will work closely with Arrow Intelligent Solutions resources, Dell OEM, and adjacent Arrow team members to develop an effective go-to-market strategy, gain in-depth knowledge of the AIS -Dell OEM business and industry, and create tailored value propositions for potential customers.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors within their business group's specific technologies by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies.
  • Responsible for implementing business development initiatives.
  • Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
  • Ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development sales strategy.
  • Generate and maintain a strong list of customer acquisition targets.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads and opportunities.
  • Establish and manage a well-maintained sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle of opportunities, ensuring successful closures.

  • 10+ years in a Business Development or related role.
  • Sales experience within the tech industry.
  • Proven effective relationship management skills.
  • Polished presentation skills.
  • Superior adaptability capabilities.
  • High level of productivity and self-drive in a dynamic start up environment.


Work Arrangement:

  • Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$147,200.00 - $258,505.24
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
