About the Role:

Remitly is looking for a Business Analyst Intern who could support driving key decisions using data and analytics. As an intern you will be involved in some of the company's most critical business decisions, and get a chance to work with a highly talented team in a collaborative work environment. You will use your technical skills to produce metrics, write recommendations and support management with analyses. This role is based in Arlington, VA, USA. This start date for this role is in late summer or early Fall 2025. We can consider an earlier start if candidate availability and hiring timeline aligns.

You Will:

• Analyze metrics across business performance, pricing, channels, past campaigns and explore new business opportunities
• Develop analytical tools, models to enhance quality of decisions and processes
• Ideate and design new experiments, marketing tactics and present recommendations

You Have:

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics or related area, preferably with an anticipated graduation date of late 2025 or Spring 2026
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong background in and SQL
• Experience doing data analysis with Python or R is a plus
• Strong problem solving ability and drive

Compensation Details. The hourly rate for this role is $33 an hour
