Job Description

Overview: Provides support across all phases of creative development.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on Post-Production support. Will be a key team player in deploying creative to and through the finishing process working with our Writer/Producer/Editors.
  • Assist with research, pulls, selects, and pre‑production tasks.
  • Clean print approved rough cuts.
  • Organize creative assets
  • Support W/P/Es with rough assemblies and string‑outs.
  • Communicate with cross‑functional partners and track project progress.
  • A liaison between Graphic Designers, Preditors, and Finishing teams.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in marketing, media, or entertainment space
  • 1+ years editing experience
  • Must have a reel that demonstrates related editorial work
  • Knowledge of all aspects of video production and post-production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Can manage multiple projects at once.
  • Solid understanding of project organization and media management.

  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Have an avid interest in entertainment and the state of our art and industry trends
  • A working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and able to navigate graphic toolkits and apply to edits.
  • Demonstrate through previous work experience the ability to juggle many projects at once.
  • Highly proficient with spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and have excellent communication skills.
  • Curious, accepts direction and feedback, works well with others.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
  • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.   • Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000.
