As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you'll support new client onboarding by configuring our software, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to go-live. You'll work with clients to understand their hiring workflows and tailor solutions to fit their needs. This role is a great opportunity to build expertise in implementation, project coordination, and client success while learning the ins and outs of our software solutions in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting software implementation projects by configuring client accounts and managing key onboarding tasks from post-sale through launch. In this role, you will:

  • Support client onboarding by gathering requirements, understanding project goals, and assisting in configuration, testing, and go-live activities
  • Follow established project plans to deliver assigned implementation tasks, ensuring consistency in setup and helping clients start seeing value quickly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete platform configurations and provide updates on task progress to keep implementation timelines on track
  • Build and test platform setups for enterprise clients based on predefined requirements and configuration guidelines
  • Coordinate with Client Success Managers/Directors to share key onboarding details and support a smooth transition to ongoing client support
  • Assist on large or complex implementations by contributing to configuration, documentation, and testing alongside more experienced consultants
  • Document configuration steps and team processes to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the implementation team
  • Capture client feedback and escalate recurring pain points or feature suggestions to product and implementation leadership for consideration

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS, HR tech, or implementation/support environment
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems such as HCM, HRIS, ATS, or CRM platforms (or a strong desire to learn)
  • Exposure to working with mid-size or enterprise clients (2,500+ employees)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in project work
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
  • Experience supporting discovery to understand client processes and pain points
  • Collaborative problem-solver who is curious, resourceful, and open to coaching
  • Available to travel up to 25% for client or team engagements
  • Authorization to work in the United States
