The Derivatives Analyst will work closely with our derivatives traders to provide market surveillance, pre-trade analysis, trade entry and position reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-trade analysis and modeling
  • Position reporting and ad-hoc risk analysis and project work
  • Monitoring risk, positions and P&L
  • Trade entry into our risk systems
  • Composing weekly market commentary

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
  • 0 - 2 years of work experience with Derivatives
  • Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter with interest and ability to learn a variety of Derivative products
  • Ability to prioritize, to embrace a steep learning curve, and to seek out responsibility

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, Science, or Business as well as any other related field of expertise
  • Programming skills (SQL, VBA, Python, R)
