What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal AI transformation roadmap aligned to address operational challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering and third-party vendors to design and implement AI solutions, ensuring seamless integrations into existing workflows and systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, measurable impacts and alignment with business objectives
- Develop playbooks, training, and enablement plans to ensure successful adoption of AI tools and processes
- Define KPIs and success metrics to track ROI (e.g., time savings, CSAT, pipeline velocity)
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices to inform ongoing strategy
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI
- Drive internal education around responsible and effective use of AI
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in product management, business operations, management consulting, or transformation roles, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programs with senior stakeholder engagement and board-level visibility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable results
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks, especially in GTM contexts (e.g., generative AI, predictive scoring, AI assistants)
- Working knowledge of technical concepts such as Python, SQL, and APIs
- Experience with SaaS tech stacks and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, Snowflake, Gong)
- Experience delivering measurable outcomes with AI or data-driven initiatives (e.g. cost savings, retention lift, time-to-resolution reduction)
- Expertise in driving cultural and organizational change, with a focus on emerging technologies and fostering readiness for AI adoption
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a dynamic environment
