Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Advisory Solution Consultant to join our CRM & Industry Workflows team, supporting the West Business Services Area. This region represents some of the most dynamic, complex, and fast-paced accounts in our ecosystem—including organizations across consulting, real estate, logistics, professional services, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise selling environments, is confident leading multi-threaded discovery sessions, and can translate pain points into strategic, value-based CRM solutions. You will work in close partnership with sales to build pipeline, drive compelling engagements, and position ServiceNow’s Customer Workflows, Field Service Management (FSM), Sales & Order Management (SOM), and Finance & Supply Chain Workflows capabilities to key business and IT stakeholders.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and technical expert on ServiceNow’s Customer and Industry Workflows, aligning our CRM vision with customer goals
  • Lead in-depth discovery workshops and multi-level stakeholder conversations to surface operational challenges and business value opportunities
  • Build and deliver impactful, customized product demonstrations and solution narratives that speak to the customer’s strategic imperatives
  • Own the technical solution strategy from qualification to close across multiple stakeholders—from line-of-business leaders to the C-suite
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, partners, and services teams to bring the best of ServiceNow to your accounts
  • Support strategic events, executive briefings, field marketing sessions, and partner collaborations
  • Stay sharp on market trends, AI innovations, and competitive differentiators that elevate ServiceNow’s unique position

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, enterprise sales engineering, or related technical customer-facing experience
  • Experience engaging Business Services customers or similar industries (e.g., real estate services, consulting, logistics, security, outsourcing)
  • A proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles with enterprise buyers across multiple business units
  • Expertise in building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and influencing deal strategy with Sales
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM, customer service, or workflow platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • A strong grasp of value-selling principles, business case development, and storytelling through demos
  • Passion for innovation and curiosity in applying AI and automation to real-world business problems
  • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes
  • Ability to travel as necessary to support territory needs
