The Account Director at PDG is responsible for leading and managing engagements with large enterprise clients, forming meaningful relationships, executing account growth strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, with a focus on driving account growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
We are a full service digital agency that delivers outstanding solutions to large enterprise clients. As an Account Director at PDG, you will be empowered, accountable, and responsible for the engagements and outcomes of our most important clients.
You will form meaningful relationships with our client contacts built on respect, form and execute account growth strategies, communicate our value effectively over time, and collaborate with agency leadership and our Director team to deliver creating memorable experiences for our clients.

- You have 8+ years of experience working at a digital agency

- Be accountable for the outcomes of our top accounts - the buck stops with you
- Create and execute account growth strategies to defend and identify upsell opportunities and campaigns
- Pursue new business opportunities with clients
- Continuously communicate the value we deliver to our clients through quarterly business reviews
- Work closely with account managers on the client services team
- Work closely with project managers on accounts to ensure engagements are aligned with client objectives
- Work cross-departmentally with Directors to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Mitigate client issues promptly and efficiently
- Act as point of escalation for clients
- Participate in account prioritization
- Report on progress to agency leadership
- Identify and define upsell opportunities and campaigns
- Track, report, and mitigate client satisfaction
