Through mentorships, ERGs, and collaboration, Zeta prioritizes creating opportunities in the MarTech and AdTech communities. The Bridge Builders ERG aims to inspire change by empowering and improving representation in the Black community specifically. This ERG partners with organizations like the Boyd Initiative, where students can be educated on career opportunities open to them in MarTech and find internships.
Not only was I looking for community within my career, but I was looking for proof that people from the Black community had opportunities to accelerate their careers—Ian Ali and Stephen George (Zeta Bridge Builders Co-Chairs) made that obtainable for me.
Engaging with underserved communities is a necessary part of being a good corporate citizen
Our commitment to collaboration and serving others goes beyond the walls of Zeta. We believe in serving our communities through volunteer initiatives, and this been an integral part of the company since our founding. In 2010 we launched the Zeta Cares Initiative, which provided charitable organizations with email marketing services at no cost. And the ZetaCares program hosts events throughout the year, including a day of service where our team can give back.
