Builds predictable client development processes, manages executive stakeholders, oversees contracting and negotiations, and coordinates cross-functional teams to improve client satisfaction and business impact. Requires strong communication, media and managed-service campaign expertise, quantitative understanding, and the ability to develop tailored client strategies.

Leads client-facing data science and analytics strategy, translating marketing measurement and media performance into actionable business recommendations. Oversees incrementality measurement, analytics storytelling, best-practice development, strategic initiatives, and predictive AI/ML adoption. Manages and develops analysts while partnering with Sales, Client Services, Operations, and other teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions and improve client outcomes.

Sources, screens, and coordinates candidates across multiple roles while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintains candidate records in Greenhouse, supports interview scheduling and communications, contributes to recruiting projects and process improvements, and ensures a positive candidate experience. Requires 1–3 years of corporate recruiting or media agency experience, ATS familiarity, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort using LinkedIn and sourcing tools.
