As a leader of a project and program management team, one of Phenix’s main goals is to produce new leaders. To promote professional growth, her team recently participated in career planning. “Using the tips and tools provided during that training, we were able to develop career paths for each of the employees in the PM org,” she said. “It’s helping us develop the next group of leaders in professional services.
