“Baptism by fire.” That’s how Moser recalls his experience live-trading at the Chicago Board Options Exchange after joining the firm as its inaugural graduate broker. But, thanks to the mentorship and guidance of seasoned colleagues, as well as the org’s formal training programs, the fintech newcomer ultimately found his footing in the field. “The knowledge I have gained today seemed unfathomable two years ago,” Moser said.
