Boston Scientific - Eightfold - TEST Offices

Lead and develop a regional Field Service team supporting medical capital equipment across the Southeast. Manage daily operations, coach technicians, handle escalations, ensure KPI and quality compliance, support recruiting/onboarding, and travel frequently for site visits and corporate meetings.

Provides advanced administrative support, including complex calendar and travel management, executive meeting and event coordination, correspondence and presentation preparation, expense and invoice processing, budget tracking, office supply management, and confidential information handling. The role supports senior leaders, coordinates activities across time zones and functions, documents action items, tracks follow-ups, and proactively resolves administrative and operational issues.

Supports medical device production through engineering investigations, troubleshooting, process improvement, validation data generation, and project execution. Helps reduce scrap, increase output, develop new products and processes, and improve existing manufacturing operations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, reviews production reports, participates in daily standups, and applies academic engineering knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.
