Provide hands-on clinical support for spinal cord stimulation procedures, including programming, intraoperative guidance, patient follow-up, and clinician education. Partner with sales to drive therapy adoption, conduct trainings and community outreach, build hospital relationships, complete regulatory-compliant administration, and travel frequently within the assigned region to support cases and customers.

Lead and develop a regional Field Service team supporting medical capital equipment across the Southeast. Manage daily operations, coach technicians, handle escalations, ensure KPI and quality compliance, support recruiting/onboarding, and travel frequently for site visits and corporate meetings.

Support production of medical devices by troubleshooting equipment and processes, generating validation data and reports, performing process capability studies and Six Sigma/Value Improvement projects, and collaborating with R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
